Bird Brain London's Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in stocking Bird Brain London!
We are a small company with an ever growing line of greetings cards, gifts and home decor items.
We are extremely proud of the quality of our products, almost all of which are designed and manufactured here in the UK.
We are happy to offer wholesale accounts to businesses interested in carrying our products. Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts.

Minimum order value £80, card only orders £50
Carriage paid on UK orders over £150 (UK Mainland only)
Delivery to UK Mainland £10, International carriage charged at cost,
we are happy to provide an estimate.
Minimum order quantities X 6 per design on all products except Giclee prints at X 4 per design.
We require payment for first orders to be pro-forma.
Any further orders are payable 30 days after receipt of invoice.
We aim to deliver all items as quickly as possible, however, please allow 1-3
weeks for greetings cards and stationary items, and a further 2-3 weeks for
orders containing textiles and for high volume orders.

All prices are listed in GBP. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The quickest way to order is by sending us an email listing the desired items and quantities. We shall then draft a quote for your consideration. Alternatively we can send you an order form to complete and return via post.
Shipping costs are not included in the cost of the products.
All products shall be shipped via royal mail, tracked and shall be insured.
Items for first orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
Any customs charges incurred shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs costs are not included in the price of the products.
Changes To Orders
Any changes to, or cancellation of orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of order placement.
Payment is required via bank transfer, by credit or debit card. The details shall be included on your invoice. We do not accept cheques or payment over the phone.

Bird Brain London will make available any of our images that you might require for your print and online presence, free of charge. Please contact us with specifics. Bird Brain London LTD holds the copyright to all current product photography seen on our website.
Damages / Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Bird Brain London at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Returns / Exchanges
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
